Victorville Deck & Fence provides residential deck construction, fence installation, deck repair, and related outdoor structure services to homeowners in Victorville, CA and surrounding communities. All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed contractors in the State of California.
The scope of any specific project is defined in a written contract or work order provided to the customer prior to the start of work. Services described on our website are general in nature and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline.
Written estimates provided by Victorville Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the on-site consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing is subject to change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the consultation, or if material costs change due to circumstances outside our control (such as supply chain disruptions or manufacturer price increases). Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Verbal estimates or price ranges discussed before an on-site consultation are not binding and are provided only as general guidance.
Project start dates are estimated and may shift based on permit timelines, weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before materials have been ordered or permits have been submitted will not incur a fee. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may result in charges for costs already incurred, including but not limited to materials purchased, permit fees paid, and labor performed.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract provided before work begins. Typically, a deposit is required before work starts, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your contract.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project and the customer's acceptance of the finished work. Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the contract. Victorville Deck & Fence reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property for unpaid balances as permitted under California law.
Victorville Deck & Fence will obtain required building permits on behalf of the customer for applicable projects as part of the agreed scope of work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate or invoiced separately as noted in the contract.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions. Victorville Deck & Fence is not responsible for delays or changes required as a result of HOA approval processes or restrictions not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Victorville Deck & Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the plans and specifications agreed upon in writing. Any warranty on workmanship is limited to the period specified in your written contract.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as composite decking boards, railings, or fasteners) are passed through to the customer and are subject to the terms of each manufacturer's warranty program. Victorville Deck & Fence makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in the written contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by anyone other than Victorville Deck & Fence.

This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage beyond the direct cost of the services provided.
